Job description Plan, organize, and oversee mill operations. Ensure optimal production levels, quality, and efficiency. Monitor and control production costs. Develop and implement production schedules. Oversee maintenance and repair of equipment. Ensure plant reliability and uptime. Manage maintenance budget. Implement predictive maintenance programs. Ensure quality of crude palm oil (CPO) and palm kernel oil (PKO).

Requirements Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Science with 1-2 years of work experience. Pharma / Food Lab experience is an added advantage.
